  1. Meditate daily: Meditation is good for the mind, body and soul. It is a great way to clear cloudy thoughts and it helps promote clearer thinking.

  2. Take time to breathe: Sometimes we get so consumed with our busy lives that we forget to make sure we're still breathing. Take a moment in your day to simply Inhale and Exhale deeply, which can release negative energy.

  3. Be Intentional: Make a choice to each morning to be positive. Creating a Positive Affirmation List and reading it at the top of your day can surely set the tone of your day.

  4. Do what you love: Take some time to discover what makes you happy and take the necessary steps to do what you love as often as possible.

  5. Eliminate stressors: Anything that contributes to stress...get rid of it. Everything does not require your attention. Determine what is worth fighting for. Smile often and allow yourself moments to be a total goofball.
